Annual Safety Inspection:

We conduct an annual Safety Inspection of your electrical system, looking for signs of wear and tear, damage, corrosion or loose connections.

● Panel Inspection: condition of neutral and grounds, bus bar, test breakers, double taps, KO’s sealed, properly bonded, inspect for water damage, clean pane
●Site-Test all Electrical Safety Devises (Home Surge Protector, Service Disconnect, etc)
●  Inspect Main Electrical Service (condition of meter base, incoming feeders, riser/weatherhead and confirming all proper connectors used)
●Site-test all Home Protection Safety Systems (Smoke/CO Detectors, SecuritySystems, Camera Systems)
●  Inspect HVAC and Major Appliance disconnects
●  Test all GFCIs (Including in your crawl space)

8% Discount on all Work:

● For the longevity of your membership with us, we discount all work by 8%

Warranty Extension:

●All material and devises we use come with the best warranties. However, for labor, all work we perform comes with the standard 1yr warranty. For our HSP Members, they receive 2 years on their warranty.

1 Free Dispatch to your home each year:

● Since we are coming to your home once per year to perform a full safety inspection, you do not have to pay our Dispatch Fee for us to come out to your home. What we often see is that our customers think throughout the year of the items they may want to get done in the coming year (switches with unknown purposes, backyard lighting they want, outlets that arent working, security systems installed etc)
