Touchstone Electric did a great job modifying my breaker box to support an additional 240V connection and installing my EV wall charger. Gustavo Peralta, my installer was very knowledgeable and explained all of my options. The installation was quick and done professionally with great quality. I highly recommend Touchstone.
Touchtone did an amazing job fixing the wiring problem after the broken tree damaged electric wires outside of our house . Not only they arrived quickly, but they stayed with us during all stages of this process: diagnosis, repair, inspection and power restoration. They responded quickly to all of our concerns. Although Duke Energy arrived late to the appointment and there were complications with the meter panel, none of it was Touchstone Electric’s fault. Their team stayed on standby, ready to assist and handle anything that came up, and I truly appreciated their professionalism and support throughout the entire process. They were the reason I stayed calm and stress-free during the experience. Duke Energy definitely needs to improve their communication.

Had a L2 EV charger installed (hardwired) along with a home surge protector. The electrician, Brad, was great. Great communication and on schedule. Everything went according to plan and is working flawlessly. Highly recommend!
