We just had emergency service from Touchstone to a correct a dangerous situation. Danny, from Touchstone, found a live 220 wire where a nail had gone through during a previous HVAC installation. He corrected the problem, after showing up immediately, even though it was well past working hours. He also made us aware of some other things that were not up to code, and came back the next day to correct them. We would highly recommend Touchstone Electric.
Your electrician Tyler repped your company very well. Up until he arrived, using your company was a challenge due to ineffective communication from your permit and scheduling team. Tyler saved the day for your company; you should have him interface with more customers to ensure better experiences.

They did some work for me for a crawl space encapsulation, and their installer Gustavo was courteous, knowledgeable, and did a great job.

Although Duke Energy arrived late to the appointment and there were complications with the meter panel, none of it was Touchstone Electric’s fault. Their team stayed on standby, ready to assist and handle anything that came up, and I truly appreciated their professionalism and support throughout the entire process. They were the reason I stayed calm and stress-free during the experience. Duke Energy definitely needs to improve their communication.

He was careful to to prevent any cosmetic damage to our walls and was able to hide the conduit we needed for the outdoor receptacle for our new patio awning. We were kept informed throughout the whole process from the accurate estimate until completion.
I worked directly with Brad Williams. He was very knowledgeable and responsive. Went above and beyond to answer all my questions and helped me think through options and pricing. I’m an architect and builder so I had a lot of detailed concerns he was able to walk me through. Definitely recommend using touchstone. Hard to find electricians these days willing to do the smaller residential repair stuff but this is their bread and butter. Very glad I found them.
I was referred to Touchstone via Duke Energy for the installation of an electric car L2 charger. Gustavo Peralta came out to conduct the assessment and provide me an estimate for the work, answered all my questions, and did the actual installation earlier today. I couldn’t speak highly enough about him and the company he represents: everyone I’ve interacted with there have been patient, knowledgeable, and diligent on following through on every communication and question I’ve asked. I highly recommend their company for the services they provide.
