Danny Bishop was fantastic from beginning to end. He took the time to walk me through the entire process and stayed involved every step of the way to make sure everything was done correctly. I highly recommend Touchstone Electric for their outstanding service. Although Duke Energy arrived late to the appointment and there were complications with the meter panel, none of it was Touchstone Electric’s fault. Their team stayed on standby, ready to assist and handle anything that came up, and I truly appreciated their professionalism and support throughout the entire process. They were the reason I stayed calm and stress-free during the experience. Duke Energy definitely needs to improve their communication.

He came out three times, first review the job, second to install the wiring, and lastly to install the junction box, ensure it worked and make sure our lighting was working. All three times Tyquan was professional, on time and answered all our questions. The office was also very helpful and with quick response time.
