We just had emergency service from Touchstone to a correct a dangerous situation. Danny, from Touchstone, found a live 220 wire where a nail had gone through during a previous HVAC installation. He corrected the problem, after showing up immediately, even though it was well past working hours. He also made us aware of some other things that were not up to code, and came back the next day to correct them. We would highly recommend Touchstone Electric.

They were the reason I stayed calm and stress-free during the experience. Duke Energy definitely needs to improve their communication.

Your electrician Tyler repped your company very well. Up until he arrived, using your company was a challenge due to ineffective communication from your permit and scheduling team. Tyler saved the day for your company; you should have him interface with more customers to ensure better experiences.
We recently used Touchstone Electric for an international. Tyquan Johnson was the electrician sent to our home. He came out three times, first review the job, second to install the wiring, and lastly to install the junction box, ensure it worked and make sure our lighting was working. All three times Tyquan was professional, on time and answered all our questions. The office was also very helpful and with quick response time.
