He came out three times, first review the job, second to install the wiring, and lastly to install the junction box, ensure it worked and make sure our lighting was working. All three times Tyquan was professional, on time and answered all our questions. The office was also very helpful and with quick response time. We got two other quotes and they were the most affordable, but also gave the best service during the estimate process to earn our business.

He was careful to to prevent any cosmetic damage to our walls and was able to hide the conduit we needed for the outdoor receptacle for our new patio awning. We were kept informed throughout the whole process from the accurate estimate until completion.

I highly recommend Touchstone Electric for their outstanding service. Although Duke Energy arrived late to the appointment and there were complications with the meter panel, none of it was Touchstone Electric’s fault. Their team stayed on standby, ready to assist and handle anything that came up, and I truly appreciated their professionalism and support throughout the entire process. They were the reason I stayed calm and stress-free during the experience. Duke Energy definitely needs to improve their communication.
They were quick to get the job done and friendly. When we couldn’t figure out why the dehumidifier wasn’t turning on they were quick to come by to resolve it. Love their service!
