We just had emergency service from Touchstone to a correct a dangerous situation. Danny, from Touchstone, found a live 220 wire where a nail had gone through during a previous HVAC installation. He corrected the problem, after showing up immediately, even though it was well past working hours. He also made us aware of some other things that were not up to code, and came back the next day to correct them. We would highly recommend Touchstone Electric.
Had a L2 EV charger installed (hardwired) along with a home surge protector. The electrician, Brad, was great. Great communication and on schedule. Everything went according to plan and is working flawlessly. Highly recommend!

Francisco Martinez was excellent--thorough, skilled and clear in his explanation of what his plan was to accomplish what we needed. He was careful to to prevent any cosmetic damage to our walls and was able to hide the conduit we needed for the outdoor receptacle for our new patio awning. We were kept informed throughout the whole process from the accurate estimate until completion.
We recently used Touchstone Electric for an international. Tyquan Johnson was the electrician sent to our home. He came out three times, first review the job, second to install the wiring, and lastly to install the junction box, ensure it worked and make sure our lighting was working. All three times Tyquan was professional, on time and answered all our questions. The office was also very helpful and with quick response time. Although Duke Energy arrived late to the appointment and there were complications with the meter panel, none of it was Touchstone Electric’s fault. Their team stayed on standby, ready to assist and handle anything that came up, and I truly appreciated their professionalism and support throughout the entire process. They were the reason I stayed calm and stress-free during the experience. Duke Energy definitely needs to improve their communication.

I’m an architect and builder so I had a lot of detailed concerns he was able to walk me through. Definitely recommend using touchstone. Hard to find electricians these days willing to do the smaller residential repair stuff but this is their bread and butter. Very glad I found them.
