Their team stayed on standby, ready to assist and handle anything that came up, and I truly appreciated their professionalism and support throughout the entire process. They were the reason I stayed calm and stress-free during the experience. Duke Energy definitely needs to improve their communication.

He even came back after a few text messages to explore other options instead of trenching, without needing an appointment. His communication was great, he was very knowledgeable, and just an all around friendly person. Definitely recommend Touchstone for your EV charger installation. We got two other quotes and they were the most affordable, but also gave the best service during the estimate process to earn our business.

We were kept informed throughout the whole process from the accurate estimate until completion.
