He came out three times, first review the job, second to install the wiring, and lastly to install the junction box, ensure it worked and make sure our lighting was working. I highly recommend Touchstone Electric for their outstanding service. Although Duke Energy arrived late to the appointment and there were complications with the meter panel, none of it was Touchstone Electric’s fault. Their team stayed on standby, ready to assist and handle anything that came up, and I truly appreciated their professionalism and support throughout the entire process. They were the reason I stayed calm and stress-free during the experience. Duke Energy definitely needs to improve their communication.
