They were the reason I stayed calm and stress-free during the experience. Duke Energy definitely needs to improve their communication.

He came out three times, first review the job, second to install the wiring, and lastly to install the junction box, ensure it worked and make sure our lighting was working. All three times Tyquan was professional, on time and answered all our questions. The office was also very helpful and with quick response time. I hope you will consider Touchstone Electric when you need an electrician.
